to attend the annual Spring Quarter Social Chair Meeting.
Who: IFC & Panhellenic
Social Chairs and Chapter Presidents
When: 2nd
Week - Tuesday, April 11 @ 8 pm
Where: Ackerman Union Viewpoint Conference Rooms (A Level)
What:
- Network
with other Social Chairs;
- Increase your understanding of University Policy, IFC/Panhellenic
Policy, and the Law;
- Gain perspective and advice from UCPD Representatives (Fraternity Lead Officer);
- Review
GAMMA's role and procedures for your
Chapter;
- Participate in an open forum discussion with other Social Chairs.
Why: Regularly
scheduled social chair meetings and trainings are designed to assist
fraternity & sorority leaders with event planning and foster
continued responsibility in social programming.
Attendance: Your
organization is required to attend annually scheduled Social Chair
Training sessions and meetings that are sponsored by the Center
for Student Programming, Fraternity & Sorority Relations. See UCLA Official Recognition Policy - Section I, A, 12.
