Men's Summer/Fall Recruitment Schedule

SUMMER & MOVE-IN WEEKEND

Summer Orientation Sessions: Stop by our table during the Activities Fair & BBQ on your first night of Orientation. Learn more about the recruitment process and also register with IFC. (Ackerman Union North Patio)

Greek Life Booklet: Watch your mail for the Greek Life Booklet with information about UCLA's Fraternity & Sorority Community. Share this valuable resource of information with your parents! (August Mailing)

Fraternity Mailings: Once you register with IFC, individual fraternities will contact you with organizational mailings that will include chapter information, schedules, scholarship programs, and contact information. Some chapters may host summer events. (August & September)

Parents' Reception & Orientation Sessions: Stop by one of our information sessions specially designed for parents! They will be held on Saturday and Sunday of Move-in Weekend at 4 pm in the Chancellor's Room in Pauley Pavilion - right off of Bruin Walk near the IM Fields.

FALL QUARTER

Schedules with times/locations (pick up a copy of the Daily Bruin Greek Supplement for individual fraternity schedules:

  • Sunday, September 24 | Night: Join fellow students as the ring in the new (school) year at BRUIN BASH featuring a Concert followed by the Greek-Sponsored Dance Party! (Los Angeles Tennis Center & John Wooden Center)
  • Monday, September 25 | Morning & Afternoon: Come check out the wide range of activities available to you at the Student Organization Enormous Activities Fair! Stop by the IFC area where reps from each fraternity will be available (Intramural Fields)
  • Monday, September 25 | 2:00 pm: Come and learn all there is to know about the recruitment process at the Greek Life Information and Orientation Meeting. (On the Hill - Covel Grand Horizon Room)
  • Tuesday, September 26 | 8:00 am: Official Recruitment Begins! Head out to the fraternities as recruitment begins. (Houses and/or Event Sites)
  • Thursday, September 28 | 11:00 am - 2:00 pm: One last chance to gather information and schedules from the individual chapters at the Greek Life Fair! (Bruin Plaza by the Bear)
  • Monday, October 2 | 8:00 pm: Official Recruitment Ends! Some chapters may continue activities during this week.
