Community Service

One of the greatest advantages to being involved in the UCLA Greek Community is the service and philanthropy events that are organized by individual chapters.  Working together on such projects not only benefits worthy causes, but also fosters personal growth and greater unity among Greek members.

IFC's annual Operation Clean Sweep in action and Beta Theta Pi gears up for the annual Children's Walk for Life.

A sampling of Service and Philanthropic Activities include the following:

  • Volunteering time to shelters
  • Tutoring & mentoring youth
  • Assisting homeless
  • Sponsoring environmental clean-ups
  • Organizing charity fund-raising events
  • Conducting blood, clothing, and book drives
